Vaghinak Ghazaryan (born 1974) is a photographer based in Yerevan. He graduated from the Academy of TV and Radio, Department of film and photography (2000- 2004). 

Participated in Photojournalism: experience change, Reuters News Agency, Tbilisi, Georgia (2008). Graduated from Art Criticism and Curatorial Training School, AICA Armenia (2010-2011). Vaghinak received a Documentary Photography Production grant from the Open Society Foundations (2013). 

His last awards include: 

2021 — World Press Photo Contest, Contemporary Issues, Singles, 3rd Prize for the photo “Resting Soldier”. 

2021 — LensCulture HOME 21 Photography Prize, 3rd place single “Resting Soldier”.

2021 — Shortlist — Kolga Tbilisi Photo Award 2021. 

2021 — Finalist of Blurring the Lines 2021 Edition, the “The voice of war” project. 

2021 — Graduated documentary and photojournalism online courses organized by School of Modern Photography Docdocdoc. 

2022 — Graduated Post-documentary photography online courses organized by School of Modern Photography Docdocdoc.

Exhibitor in Circulations, European Festival of Young Photography 2022, Paris.
